2022年6月英语四级翻译：各种款式的汉服

汉服(Hanfu), 指汉族传统的民族服饰。一般认为是在1840年之前汉族人们所穿的服饰。

我们在用英语介绍汉服的时候，可以直接用它的拼音，Hanfu，在介绍具体款式和特有结构时，也是比较推荐用汉语拼音称呼，再用已有的英文词汇简单地描述一下具体特征。

这样就能避免单用英文词不达意，单用拼音一头雾水的情况。

比如，汉服，可以直接用Hanfu来称呼，然后再用Traditional clothing/ dress of Han

Chinese来描述它是汉族传统的民族服饰。

一套汉服一般是由一些单品组成的，在介绍的时候我们可以这样说：

Yi (衣): Any open cross-collar garment, and worn by both sexes

Pao (袍): Any closed full-body garment, worn only by men in Hanfu

Ru (襦): Open cross-collar shirt

Shan (衫): Open cross-collar shirt or jacket that is worn over the Yi

Qun (裙) or Chang (裳): Skirt for women and men

Ku (裤): Trousers or pants

在介绍汉服的款式时，也是推荐使用拼音直译专有名称+英文现有概念描述主要特征，比如：

Quju(曲裾)：“Ju” refers to a part of clothing; “Qu (curly)” and “Zhi

(straight)” refer to the shapes. Therefore, Quju and Zhiju are two possible

shapes of one part of clothing.

Ruqun(襦裙)：Ruqun is a set of clothes，including the Ru(outwear) and the

Qun(skirt).
